The Coaches of Select want to say Farewell.
           After 13 years coaching the Select Team,
       we are finanally taking a break!
            We hope all our players will find a winning
team to play on. We hope all the parents
     will continue to enjoy the sport. 
Parents please keep pushing your girls toward
their goal of a college education through softball. 
We are very proud of the young ladies who
have played for us.  We are going to miss the
friends and acquintances that we have met thru
softball and wish them a happy life, filled with
meaningful things.

like to thank the three players from Texas for helping us.  Danye , Karrah & Lexi
were a nice addition to our team.

6/3/06: It was really a pleasure to see three 2005 Grad players show up at our games in Ventura:  Jenna Driscoll, Tami Weston & Karina
Slowenwhite. 

The Coaches of Select are very proud to announce that:
2006 / Starting 1B / Sarina Dominguez and
2006 / Starting LF / Annie Martinez
have both verballed with Dakota Wesleyan University
in Mitchell, So Dakota. the head coach said she
was very excited to have both players.
We know it is a great opportunity to continue their education
thru softball.

Next Sunday is the Last practice before we hit the ground running
on Memorial Day. We have alot of work to do to get ready to
qualifty for Nationals. 

Practice Every Sunday from 12:00 pm - 3:00pm @ Northrup / Grumman Field.  Lets get ready for Summer Ball.   All returning players need to be in attendance or contact coach Harrison to insure their roster spot.

2006 Pitcher / 2B - Porsche Boddicker Signs with Morgan State University in Balitmore Maryland.  The coaching staff of Select Gold is very proud to announce an Athletic Scholarship was given to Porsche's Boddicker.  She will be joining another Past Select Player Megan Jimenez.  Her hard work and dedication to our team is greatly appreciated.  We know she will go far in the future.


2006 Starting Catcher - Jessica Hulsey signs with Marist College DI - MAAC Conference - Poughkeepsey, New York.
The coaching staff of Select Gold is very proud of her efforts.  Jessica was the number one recruit for the 2006 season, both from Select and for Marist College. 
As our starting catcher, we look forward to having her play one  last summer.
